About the Journal

Meridiano: Colombian Journal of Mental Health is an annual, Open Access publication released every December. Its mission is to publish original work within the fields of applied research in mental health and bioethics.
The journal’s scope encompasses psychology, psychiatry, related therapeutic fields, anthropology, sociology, humanization of care, and palliative care, among others. We welcome submissions utilizing qualitative and/or quantitative methodologies, including narrative reviews, reflection articles, case reports, epidemiological studies, clinical trials, systematic reviews, and letters to the editor.
The publication is primarily intended for healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, as well as educators, students, researchers, and a general audience with an academic background.
