Resumen
Se presenta un caso extremadamente raro de autoamputación anexial evidenciado durante laparoscopia en una paciente con diagnóstico de masa ovárica. El análisis histológico de la masa extraida mostró cambios por torsión extensa que impidió visualizar parénquima ovárico, el quiste macroscópicamente favorece benignidad. Finalmente, se realiza revisión de la literatura.
