Abstract
Early gastric cancer is defined as a neoplasia confined to the mucosa and submucosa membranes, independent of the condition of its lymph nodes. Endoscopic therapy, mucosectomy, is the chosen treatment. The objective of this study was to evaluate endoscopic therapy in patients diagnosed with early gastric cancer for the duration of five years, observing any reappearance of the illness and/or death.
