Abstract
There are multiple anatomical variants of the paranasal sinuses that have to be taken into account during nasal and paranasal endoscopic surgeries and may be a predisposing factor for sinus disease. It is important for the radiologist and the otorhinolaryngologist to identify them on computed tomography (CT). We describe the most frecuent anatomical variants, their CT findings and the relevance for the surgeon.
