Abstract
Fibrous dysplasia is a benign bone disease in which normal bone is replaced by fibrous tissue, when it associated with endocrine and skin hyperpigmentation disorders called McCune-Albright syndrome. We present a rare case of McCune-Albright syndrome in a five year old with skin lesions and diffuse unilateral commitment of the joints.
