Abstract

Lymphomas are a heterogeneous group of tumors, with a wide spectrum of radiological manifestations in the different organs and systems, therefore represent a frequent differential diagnosis in both body imaging and neuroradiology. This high capacity to imitate other entities constitutes a challenge for its characterization. A review of the topic is presented, covering the tomographic findings from the head to the pelvis, and includes musculoskeletal manifestations. This review describes the most relevant characteristics in each location and discriminates the most frequent morphologies that can be found in Hodgkin's disease (HD) and in non-Hodgkin lymphomas (NHL).
